What is MetCon Mayhem?
CrossFit Country Metcon Mayhem. Whereas most gyms will only offer you one class option, CrossFit Country offers you TWO coach led and programmed classes each day. MetCon Mayhem classes are available at 6 and 9 AM and 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, & 7 PM, Monday – Friday.
MetCon Mayhem workouts push you cardiovascularly, getting your heart rate high and to keeping it there! These workouts are designed to be light weight or body weight, longer time frame, and high intensity. We combine cardio, in the form of running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, etc. with lower and upper body movements and core to give you a full body workout.
This program is great for those athletes who are looking to burn fat, improve their overall fitness, and who want to work harder longer. It is also ideal for those who are new to CrossFit and not ready for the heavy weight lifting and higher skill components required on the Main Floor.
