Lifting Program

Crossfit Country Olympic Lifting program is specifically designed to make members of the feel more comfortable and confident under the barbell. It is also designed to help perform the lifts by teaching proper technique and building strength. Our coaching staff utilizes their more than 10 years of experience as competitive athletes and as coaches of the sport, to properly program exercises to develop the members of the program to reach their individual potential and goals. These goals range anywhere from simply getting comfortable with the snatch and the clean and jerk. Other goals would be to help develop strength and advanced technique, or beginning training to be a competitive Olympics Weightlifter. Check out Crossfit Country Olympic Lifting today! As a member of CrossFit Country, we encourage any potential member of the gym to try (2) free classes. This will give our coaches a chance to evaluate your skill/strength and provide guidance on how you can progress.

The current times for the Olympic Weightlifting classes are:

5:00pm – 6:30pm & 6:30 – 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
