CrossFit Country’s Yoga classes are a fun and challenging way to work on several important aspects of fitness that are often neglected by CrossFit athletes. Taught more as an athletic flexibility class, Yoga in the Country is specifically designed to enhance the physical and mental performance of our athletes. Poses and stretches that emphasize joint mobility and flexibility are incorporated into the yoga sequences allowing for better form and more comfort in the strength movements that make up our daily workouts. Our athletes also become mentally stronger from our Yoga classes by improving focus, confidence, and patience which are important in the competitive, high-intensity atmosphere of a CrossFit facility.
