WOD: “Burpee Heaven”
14 Minute EMOM
5 Burpees
With left over time coach will call a core movement for each minute.

12 Jumping Lunges
12 Dumbbell Snatches (6 per arm)
12 Bicycles
Cardio: Row 3 x 500 Meters
Core: 50 Crunches
50 Leg Lifts
50 Flutters (2:1)
WOD: “Burpee Heaven”
14 Minute EMOM (Scale = 10 Minute EMOM)
